Thatched, build now or wait?

Hello, name is KaoS and i was wondering if i should build my thatched right away or later. I have 900 gold saved up by farming and cooking with a 16x16, a Gazebo and a unbuilt Thatched. So question rly is, is it optimal/worth it right now?
