Can ironmen get boosted by other accounts in raids?

Me and my friend is having a discussion here, and im wondering if an ironman acc could get boosted in a raid by just fishing and doing skills instead of contributing in bossfights. Is there a chance that he would get some of the good gear drops like dclaws and such?
