Custom Coloring in Sims 4 CAS?

I joined Reddit to be a part of the sub Reddit. Hello!

One thing I really wish had come to Sims 4 was the ability to custom color your sims' hair, eyes, and skin. I love the hairstyles in Sims 4 more (so smooth, and with good flow), but I find myself going back to Sims 3 to be able to make my desired odd-colored sims without custom content. The major thing I feel like I'm missing when it comes to this is the option to have the different parts of hair (roots, tips, body, and streaks) as different colors.

Does anybody else want this back, too? Side question: does anybody have a Sims 4 mod that brings this back?
