Question About Letters of Recommendation

I am a junior in high school but I'm taking half of my classes at a university. Would schools accept letters of recommendation from my university professors in core subjects? It seems like many schools require letters to be from high school teachers but would they make an exception if I am only taking three classes at my high school? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
