How to Reenable Twitch Subscription Renewal

I cancelled a subscription renewal to a channel on Twitch, however I want to undo this action.

In my subscriptions tab the Benefit Info tab only indicates that my benefits will end on a certain day, and I can't seem to find any other settings where I can undo my actions.

I don't want to resubscribe manually every month so any help would be appreciated!
