Three car pileup on I-45 this morning: hit and run

Just trying to get this information out there. I witnessed what was two cars involved in an accident (I was behind them by a ways) this morning approx. 7:20am on I-45 Southbound near Gallery Furniture/Northline. Third vehicle, older model Ford Expedition, possibly greenish/tanish, cuts in front up me out of no where and rear ends the vehicle in front of me. Loud audible crash. Backs up, almost hitting me. Then takes off around us. I followed him for a while to make sure he actually hit, saw the damage to his front bumper and he was acting nervous.
