What containers would you run if you had a server in the cloud?

One of my buddies has as vps that he hosts some virtual machines off of. He has recently offered me a virtual machine for free if I want it. This will be a small modest host but it got me to thinking, what containers would or do you guys all host outside of your network?

Edit: besides video transcoding (aka Plex or emby)
