Help needed.

Just bought the game, played some single player for old times sake, then i went online to try the multiplayer but the game is stuterring like hell. The weirdest part is when I either turn on or off a setting the performance drops and jumps up randomly and when I think its ok and start running around the game stutters and drops fps again. Any help would be appreciated, maybe some solutions that worked for some of you. Specs: Msi GTX 1080 gaming x, 16 gigs of gskill ram, i7- 4790k. Thanks in advance.
