How do Dirty Rat and Deathlord compare to each other?

I'm a priest player who's recently transitioned to Wild due to the stronger early game options available for control players. I've always enjoyed using Deathlord since before it rotated out, and now is no different. However, I'm wary of including Dirty Rat in my deck, and the more that I think about it, the less sure I am of why that is. How does everyone else perceive the two cards?
