Does Having A Shitty Battery Kill Coils Faster?

I recently picked up two authentic Samsung 25r's. And my coil life seems to have gotten substantially longer. Before I was using what I'm pretty sure was a fake lg hg2 and I would always get "weak battery" messages if I went over 30 watts. You could feel it cut power off from the mod and then ramp back up again. With the new batteries I never get the "weak battery" error and pulls seem much smoother. Am I just getting lucky with the lifespan of my newer coils?
