Looking for Casual Shoes

I've been wearing vans for like 20 years, usually sticking to the "era" line, something like these (http://www.vans.com/shop/desert-cowboy-era-59-khaki). But I'm getting older now and trying to dress age appropriately (27 years). I like vans because they're comfortable, and the tan ones went well with my jeans. Any recommendations?
