Ana Nade Buff to 50%

So her healing buff now grants a bonus 1.5 times healing instead of the two times healing. Will this be enough to break the tank heavy meta or will there need to be more nerfs to tanks? I'm not sure RoadHog's Hook 2.0 is a nerf so much as making the hook more fair... So I'm not sure that will contribute to the downfall of the tank meta. But here's hoping. What do you think? Are we finally gonna see flashy DPS plays back in OverWatch?
