Dehumidifier

I have a small cabinet grow(3x2x7)due to our super wet winter here in socal my humidity is out of control especially at night. It hit 97% last night with lights off and all I could do was turn on the fan which in turn makes it too cold early in the morning(around 45 degrees). So can anyone recommend a dehumidifier unit or model that will work for my situation? It can either be small enough to fit in the cabinet or big enough to dehumidify the room(standard one car garage). Hopefully the former so I don't have to spend another $300 on this grow.

Can I use chemical dehumidifiers around the bud? Calcium chloride like dri z air? Or closet dehumidifying bags? Or would this taint my ladies?
