Thoughts on AB+ Greedier mode?

It may just be my slowly rusting skills in TBoI, but honestly, I feel less like I'm being challenged and more like they are throwing a brick at me and expecting to break it with a headbutt.

And the only headbutt hard enough for the job so far is IPECAC, because the only two times I managed to get to the final boss I had the damn devil, because you'd need a ridiculously large DPS to survive the onslaught from Womb onwards. (still could be just me, though)
