Gems and paysafecard

Hello guys, I'm not sure if I'm asking in the right place but I hope I am. Anyway, I wanted to buy some gems with a paysafecard for the upcoming Celtic event (+ they're on sale right now). Anyway, where I come from, I have a psc of 26,38€ of value whereas in Smite there's a bundle of 3500 gems that costs 26,79€. Is it possible to somehow buy this gem bundle or do I have to buy separate smaller ones and get less gems overall? Should I send a mail to Hi-Rez or? I don't know what to do. Any help is appreciated and once again, sorry if this is not the right place to ask this question.
