Anyone who got phalloplasty?

I got a phalloplasty from Crane 8 days ago, and the phallus has been healing well. My comfort and the distance I walk are improving day by day, and I haven't had any complication yet. I think I'm a fast healer in general since I regularly exercised before the surgery (5 times a week) and am 22 years old. I also started transition (medically) at 17 and gave myself an ample recovery time between each surgery.

Hopefully, there will be no complication, and I will heal at the rate I'm getting healed right now. I woke from anesthesia an hour after the surgery was over, and I've never had constipation and nausea. I actually didn't have any pain, so I was off narcotics and any type of pain medicine since the day after the surgery (probably this is why I hadn't have nausea and constipation). The swellings went down a lot, but I discomfort still persists. I still can't sit or stand for long time, as I feel like all the blood is flowing downward and my dick is swelling. Taking a shower is especially challenging, because I gotta wash while I deal with the discomfort. Also, I only wear catheter with the tab at the end, so I pee in the toilet when I need to. But I recently started to have bladder spasm after I empty the bladder. Also, when I poop, my balls feel pretty uncomfortable.

I know recovery timeline is different by every individual, but I wonder if there's anyone who got the phalloplasty and had easy recovery like me. Did you have a similar discomfort, and how long did it take for you to be able to sit and stand as long as you want without feeling discomfort? Also, were your flight back home manageable? I'm planning to go back home (Austin to upstate NY) 4 weeks after the surgery, and I fear how I'd stand sitting down for such long time when I can only sit for a short amount of time. If there's any athletic dudes out there, how long did it take for you to be able to jog? How long until weightlifting? I'm hoping I can jog again three months later and possibly lift weight a half year to year later. I'd just like to hear your anecdotes, even though each person has a different healing process. Bloggers out there seemed to have lots of complications in general, and too different from what I'm experiencing.

Thanks a lot!!
