Dirt bike electric start works kick start WONT

So my dirt bike starts up perfect with the electrical starter hit and cold but will not start with the kick start. I can kick start it when the engine is cold. if the engine is hot then When I kick it i can't get it to start I do hear a spinning sound no idea what it is thoUgh sounds similar to when I stall the bike out.

The bike runs perfect when it starts no issues anyone got any ideas?
