[Challenge Idea] Ronnie James

Character: Isaac

Starting Items: D10, Pentagram

Goal: Defeat ???

All rooms are available during this challenge.

Upon entering a room, all enemies are instantly rerolled as though the D10 was activated (the D10 does not lose its charge when this happens). This will occur even if you pick up a different active item.

Although you do not start with 9-volt, the D10 will recharge at a rate of one charge per 2-3 seconds, and will instantly recharge any time you enter an active room. Other items will not gain this ability.
