question regarding an alternate version of a website and re-direct issue

I was just at WalMart in my local town and decided to play around with a HP laptop that they had on display there, which had Windows 10. The only browser it had was IE and so I tried just going to a websites that I commonly visit at home. However, the computer gave some message that it was a blocked website (www.digitalbasphemy.com) so I tried typing in another to see if that was blocked too and typed www.dailymail.com As soon as the page loaded there was a huge shocking headline about how a billionaire investor who had successfully predicted previous financial collapses in the past was of the opinion that the US was headed for a huge economic collapse very soon. I read a few lines of the article, then figured I could go and read the rest when I got back home. However, now that I am at home, every time I type in (on ANY browser) www.dailymail.com I get instantly re-directed to www.dailymail.co.uk/ushome/index.html and there is a totally different headline about some racial hate crime and I can't find that article I had read at WalMart anywhere among any of the articles. I also can't recall the billionaire's name (I have health issues that affect my memory). Does anyone know why I can't seem to get to this alternate version of the Daily Mail on my home computer? I tried changing browser setting on both my computer and Windows (I have Windows 7) to block the re-directing but it takes no effect and the page redirects regardless. I really would like to read the rest of the article. Can anyone else manage to get to the alternate version of the website to post a link to that article? Thanks!
