SHIELD intercepts not working

I'm not sure when they vanished; definitely after my game updated, possibly earlier. But I haven't even gotten the one guaranteed daily with the daily reward.

Anyone else have this problem? I saw a thread in the forums, but not many replies. I submitted a ticket and kinda want to know how many others have done the same.
