Help with Digital tv channels

I have two different sets of bunny ears but I just cant pick up 11 Wtol or 13 abc (sometimes) One set of ears says uhf vhf so I should be able to get them. I get 24 30 and 36 just fine.

Do I just need a higher powered antenna? Located on the south end by the way.
