Windows Media Player refuses to uninstall. What else can I do?

I have tried everything I can think of, and the goddamn thing will not go away. I can right-click and select "uninstall", but it doesn't show up under "Programs and Features". I tried uninstalling it through CC Cleaner, but it doesn't show up there either. Then I tried to just hide it, so I unchecked "Media Features" in Turn Windows Features On or Off. But windows media player is still in my start menu.

Is there anything else I can do?
