New to CBD - got a few questions

As I said I'm new to looking into CBD and from what ive seen things are looking positive, I'm looking to help my anxiety and I dont really want to be buying xanax or benzo's etc due to the addiction and health risk, that and I live in the UK so I'd more than likely have to get them from the dark web.
