Wink & GE 12724 Dimmer default values changing on every on/off via the app

I'm curious if anyone else using wink and these switches have experienced this problem?

Every time I tap the lights on and off in the wink mobile app the default dimmer value goes down about 10%. Here is a graphic to better visualize the issue: http://i.imgur.com/c2NXpvO.png. I can eventually turn on and off the lights so much that the dimmer value will be 0% and I’ll need to set it back to 100% again. I can turn the lights on and off as many times i want using the physical button and the default dimmer level won’t change so I don’t believe its the switch doing this.

What may be causing this is the default off dimmer ramp value on switches (GE 12724) seem to be extremely long. When I turn off a light it takes a little more than a second for the light to ‘fade’ off (like a movie theater). I am wondering if this is messing up the wink app when it records what the default dimmer value should be when the light is turned off?

I know not many people here use Wink and I may be switching to something that I can edit parameters with because of this. I have contacted wink support and waiting for their reply and figured I'd post this here too.

Thanks, glad to know I'm not the only one with this issue. I'll let you guys know if I hear anything back from Wink. Depending on their answer may be switching to ST or kill all my time and build up a HA system.
