Charity ideas for Vancouver!

Ive been working and organizing a lot various charity events including providing shoes for the homeless in the winter ( HUGE hit ) and the typical food and clothes runs. I want to make my charitable contribution into an official thing where I can rely on specific staff instead of random volunteers every time.

for this i require a specific goal. So ive been brainstorming but id love to hear all of yalls opinion: is there a specific need u see in vancouver's helpless that could use a specific organization orientated in that goal?

Granted im a full time student and working part time I spend any free time working on this so all ideas are welcome! My brains kinda dead at this point....
