This game never let me plan ahead

Playing mage

Want to start as a fresh battlemage, because I always ended up playing warlock

Found Prismlight at 1st floor (Great)

Ghost gives me +2 Scale armor (Awesome)

Got ring in 4th floor, and turns out it is a +3 ring of might (wait what?). Immediately can equip the scale armor and tanking goo like no tomorrow (i also imbued it with entanglement glyph)

finally, at floor 7, statue drop +1 blazing warhammer

This game seriously want me to play as warlock all the time :(
