[Build Ready] Would like someone to look over and tell me if I picked bad parts or if it is a bad build

Build Ready

###Build Help/Ready:

Have you read the sidebar and rules? (Please do)

Yes

What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.

General gaming, I am mostly an MMORPG player so I am just hoping it will reduce to amount of stuttering I get when I go to a populated city (Dalaran in WoW, for example).

If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, FPS, game settings)

I am using a 1080p 144hz monitor that I already have (Acer XF240H), I am looking for this build to do 144 fps with med-high settings, although high+ settings would be nice.

What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?

~$1200, I actually already have the MOBO and the case so although it says its over my budget, it's not really.

In what country are you purchasing your parts?

USA-WA

Post a draft of your potential build here (specific parts please). Consider formatting your parts list. Don't ask to be spoonfed a build (read the rules!).

Provide any additional details you wish below.

First time building a computer by myself so I wanted it to look white since everytime I looked at other people's builds, the white theme looked the coolest to me. Thanks for taking your time!
