Need some help integrating Alexa

I've set up Alexa to the point now that I can turn my lights on and off and also dim them using voice commands. Reading some guides online it seems like Alexa app should be detecting my Hue scenes as if they are separate devices. I've detected devices several times now and am still just getting my 4 hue bulbs. Any ideas how to get the scenes to pop up when I detect devices?
