Spacebar becomes loose when hit on ends

So I can't find any videos on the noppo choc mini as it isn't a very popular board but I've been having spacebar issues for two days. There are two black pieces that seem to go on the stabilizer, yet they constantly get loose and miss positioned after a few minutes of using the spacebar. how do I fix this?
