Ways to warn people of your presence part II: "Bike BIKE!"

Evening all!

After my previous post asking for suggestions in relation to the above, I've been road testing a few.

Tonight's ride home was later than usual at around 9pm, was making a left turn onto a road with a separate cycle lane. A couple were about to cross the road, I thought they had seen me, but wasn't sure so I yelled "Bike, BIKE" for good measure. They crossed in front of me anyway, and I heard the girl mocking me as they walked away.

The ride was filled with semi silent curses, until a few minutes later while I'm stopped at a red light I see the couple again, and then it hits me. The girl was pissed as a fart, she recognizes me, I recognized her and I call out "Biikkeeee!!!". She gleefully replies with a slurry "BYyeeeeee".

Light goes green, I shout a final "Byeee" and wave as I ride into the night and she is supported home.

In short, push out the jive, bring in the love!
