[BO2] Random mouse acceleration and sensitivity issues on PC. No other game has these problems

I have played BO2 flawlessly for many years and have never had any issues. Yesterday, out of nowhere I noticed whenever I turned my sensitivity would act as if it was maxed out for a few seconds every 10 seconds. Cant aim or do anything cause im spinning like a god damn helicopter on crack.

Today, I go to see if anything changed and it is only happening more often. Impossible to play unless I set my polling rate on my mouse to 125hz. This is the only game I have this issue in, all other FPS work perfectly. I have mouse acceleration forced off. I have a Razer Deathadder Chroma if that matters. I havent changed my mouse surface or anything.

More clarification, if im turning at a steady speed it will randomly jump its speed from lets say a base of 1 or whatever to 100. Any help is appreciated.

Edit:Happens with other mice too. Mouse surface doesnt matter. Only happens in BO2 like i said
