Make me choose between work and educarion? Have fun being understaffed!

Backstory: i have worked in my local store for five years now, the costumers love me and i go the extra mile to allways smile, i also reasently went back to school so I can get my highschool diploma and go to college.

The problem is i have an asshat of a boss who cuts down on everything so he can save, and tree of us are students. Being an almost 100% employee and 100% student is hard for some wierd reason.

So first week of christmas brake i had insane hours, and i worked every day. But no problem, i had the secound week off so I could finish some school projects.

Secound week comes, I have a cold, and asshat is caling me to work, i tell him i have a lot of homework and a fever so no can do, he tells me "why do you need education when you have a job? You're a smart girl, I know you'll make the right choice"

Next day i come in with my resegnation and tell him "i thought about what you said, and you're right, I am a smart girl" then I left his office, have fun being understaffed come easter you asshole.
