Tdi Registration Is Due Before My Turn In Date

Hi All,

My registration is due on Jan 8th but my appointment to settle isn't until Feb 15th. Is not paying the registration going to affect my ability to turn the car in? I am not worried about getting a ticket as I don't drive the car very much and can leave it parked.
