World Tension System is terrible ...

Everytime I've played HOI4 I always play nationalist china as I like human wave tactics. However every game has ended up with me obtaining a stupid amount of world tension for ending wars the AI starts . Capitulate sty jap puppets ? St load of world tension for you! ... Finished off the 3rd Reich as the ROC? A** load of world tension for you! it gets to the point where everyone country on the map hates me for winning in war? What am I supposed to do just hold my country for 9 years while hoping the USA invades Japan?

Seriously PDX please rebalance this terrible game mechanic
