Maybe it is common for racists, but it is not common for normal people. An example, Tommy Sodomizer calls the peasants 'white boys' because it's a common term of endearment! The only common thing I see about calling someone 'boy' is that it's agreed to be derogatory. No Paul, it is not just a 'common' term, it is a term of spite. People say it because they are looking down on others.
