Favorite Cross Ability Skill Checks

2 questions for you all,

Do you use cross ability skill checks or leave the standard ability-skill pairings?

And, if you change things up, what's been your most common/favorite one?

Personally, I really like Stealth (Charisma) checks for being unnoticed in a crowd/walking the streets during the day. You aren't slinking in the shadows, but you're still stealthily moving. Instead of physically diminishing your presence, you diminish your noticibility. Much preferred over using Deception checks to stealth through a crowd.
