What happens at the end of SOC? [Spoilers]

I completed SOC Complete 2009 mod. The mod is supposed to stay close to the vanilla game, and I must admit, I didn't have one single CTD! However I played around with it a bit. First I visited the wish granter, and then I reloaded an older save and went ot the C Concious room. I got the ending where MO shoots some cryo-chambers and then I am transported back to Cordon, with the message "The zone is open". My problem is that I have seen videos of the generators... So How do I get to them?
