The Principals of Anarcho-Cellularism
The Principals of Anarcho-Cellularism
When life began, there was peace, there was freedom. As amino acids came together to form the first cellular life, violence had not yet entered the world. Nature itself gave and took, but life respected life.
It is impossible to say when the first cell was responsible for the death of another. It may have been entirely accidental, not fulfilling the requirements for the killer to survive, yet just as likely it took place in as a primitive form of self-defense.
We believe that the complete abolition of violence is the only way to abolish of hierarchy. Simply breaking the monopolies of violence held by the state and, increasingly, corporations does not go far enough. Hierarchy, “justified” or not, will exist so long as there is violence in any form, and so long as violence remains in our world decisions made between different beings cannot be entirely voluntary.
Anarcho-Cellularists hold that the only way to achieve complete peace and freedom for all life is to return life itself to the beginning. Only through the complete dismantling of the current ecological system strangling our world can this be achieved. The return to a single celled state of life, before the first manifestation of violence, is our defining goal.
The revolutionary praxis of Anarcho-Cellularism continues to develop. We have thus far developed a variant of the Anarchy-A with which to symbolize our ideals.. The jagged green edge stands for the harmony of life between nature and depicts rough exterior of a single-cell's membrane. The squiggly blue A represents peace and visually resembles the interior of the cell.
Plans for our first direct, a "Cell-In" in which we gather in a space and wander around aimlessly but not harming one another, in much the same way our earliest cell-organisms must have interacted, are underway.
End the mastery of the multi-cellular.
