I believe you have 15 days to do a full refund on the phone.  If you activate Fi, you will be reimbursed for the part of a month you don't use.

Full refund within 15 days, less the original shipping costs. Return shipping is covered with a prepaid shipping label.

Long story short?  Lost phone, ordered a replacement. A friend will give me their old phone and no longer need the replacement I ordered thought Fi.  However, the replacement has already shipped. Can I cancel the replacement for a full refund. 


I checked the FAQ and didn't have it listed there.
