Received the frame as a wedding present from a good friend. Finally finished the build and have it set up the way I want it.

Beauty! Love the unbranded look. So stealthy.

Thanks. It's the main reason I went for the nashbar fork. I used some acetone and a paper towel to remove all the logos from the seat post and stem and destickered the wheels.

I've always wondered how effective that is. I've heard of people stripping off the anodizing on stems/posts before attempting that. I've considered it for the components on my Lynskey including the Lynskey Endurance fork, but haven't worked up the courage yet to attempt it!

You're gonna need a lot more than acetone to strip anodizing. Think more along the lines of drain cleaner. Acetone, even with vigorous effort, will hardly do anything to anodized parts.

Go for a Leni Fried anodized color scheme.

Great call on the Flite. Awesome build as well, I'm a huge Merlin fan.

Looks like you've got a modern fork and crankset. I've got an older Litespeed with a 9x3 drivetrain. It's my favorite bike and, mostly, not allowed out on the cold, salty streets in the winter. Are you running 25mm tires there?

EDIT: I see they are 25s. That's my frame's limit. Nothing fatter will fit.

I've got a Merlin with campy chorus brakes on it and 25 is definitely the limit on that frame
