Heavy as a Really Heavy Thing Survivor Vote

A double elimination took place in HAARHT due to two songs getting over the 30% threshold (at some point I'll need to make a place to put rules but I'm still kind of making it up), in Skin Me and Drizzlehell. Only one vote went to another song, so I'd say this is fair enough. Given there are now less than six songs in HAARHT to go, there won't another double elimination for it (refer to my rules from an earlier post)

Punky Bruster is as divisive as ever, with eight total votes being distributed across six songs, leaving a tiebreaker here. I don't think I can justify the double elimination here even though they're both at 25% which I said was the threshold, so I'll make a new rule that says a song needs to get three votes max to be in a double elimination.
