[DIPLOMACY] Frigate donated to Abkhazian Navy

The Krivak-class frigate Ladny has been entirely replaced in the Black Sea Fleet by the Admiral Grigorovich-class and Admiral Gorshkov-class. We will give it to our close ally Abkhazia to bolster their navy and ensure they can maintain a strong presence in their territorial waters and exclusive economic zone.

While the frigate will be in the Abkhazian Navy, most of the crew will be supplied by the Russian Navy and will undergo almost all maintenance work in Novorossiysk. The captain and high ranking officers aboard will be Abkhazian, however we will provide a team of Russian advisors to assist them..
