It kind of depends on the preset and what you mess with, one as extreme the OP's for example is probably for screen shots and screen shots only so it would make the UI painful to look at.
The one i'm using is not as bad as it used to be on the UI but the skills on my skill bar are noticeably brighter. it isn't to bad though mainly noticeable when you enter a dark area.
I tried reshade a while back, but its effects on the Hud were pretty severe, does that still happen with this?

Color wise or DoF? I know the one I use has a DoF setting which murders the hud if not disabled.
