Clutch Pedal Is On The Floor! Help!

2002 Toyota Camry
4cyl 5 speed manual
Was driving to work this morning, stopped at a red light, light went green, I tried to push in the clutch, but it was on the floor...
There was about a half inch of travel left. I was able to get it rolling by mashing the pedal into the floor and pushing the stick up against the syncros(?) towards 1st. It started rolling when I did that, then dropped into gear.
I was then able to get to work my shifting without the clutch. Fortunately I did not have to stop until I hit my parking spot.
So, any ideas? Any additional info that would help?
tldr:
clutch almost on the floor. 1/2" of travel left.
clutch is engaged.
Once rolling, I can shift without the clutch.
