What's the best 1TB SSD for upgrading the XPS 15 9560?

Hi guys, I have the FHD 9560 with 97WHr battery. Just wondering if there are any good SSDs to pick from (fast, doesn't degrade quickly, doesn't cost too much)?

Also what's the best way to transfer my data to the new SSD once I install it?

Thanks, Yenson
