Heading to Vegas for a week at the end of the month suggestions for deals.

So I'm heading to Las Vegas at the end of the month and I'm looking for the best bang for the buck so I was looking at the Las Vegas power pass and I'm not sure if it would be worth it or not. I've also read that there are some coupons that you can get to get discounts or free attractions. Here is a list of everything me and my girlfriend were going to:

• High Roller
• Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat
• National Atomic Testing Museum
• Mandalay Bay Aquarium
• Madame Tussaud
• One of the roller Coasters
• The Eiffel Tower @ Paris Las Vegas
• Stratosphere Observatory

I plan on doing as much of the free things as I can as well. Also How exactly do you get the players cards? And I know some places you can get portable internet by sim card while you're there is there an option for that there?
