Accidentally got on HOV on Katy freeway

I was getting out of addicks park and ride going towards memorial and didn't realize that there wasn't an exit from the tollroad. Normally going towards Katy from the addicks P&R there's an exit from the tollroad. Anyways long story short i accidentally drove through the HOV with just me in the car. Am I going to to get fined and if I do is there any way to dispute it?
