Question A Relic Reborn (Artemis Bow)

Hey folks,

I can't seem to find this, if anyone is able to help I am on the step where I need to Deliver a materia-enhanced longram's composite bow to Geroit 0/1.

Someone help with what is needed and or where to do this?
