What is going on with the servers in this game???

I haven't played BF1 in about a month and that was because I can never find Hardcore Servers with any people in them. NOW I reset my filters to default and I can't get into any games in N. America or anywhere else for that matter. Even if spots are open it just sits there saying loading game or I'll be in some ridiculous queue that shouldn't be there.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Also, I'm on my brand new PC. The game is on my SSD and initial load times just to load BF1 are horrendous...
