Form M1PR Renter Property Tax Refund 2016

I have a question about a specific line of the M1PR form. line 10 states, "using the amounts from lines 8 and 9 (i have completed) find the amount to enter here from the renters refund table in the instructions." What is the renters refund table and how can I view it so i can finish this?
